*IVF Giveaway includes embryo transfer, ICSI, embryo cryopreservation and storage for one year. All services must be performed within six months at our IVF location in Syracuse. No purchase necessary. Giveaway excludes external services, e.g. lab work, medication, pre-cycle testing, travel, and outside monitoring. Winners must be willing to participate in infertility awareness marketing efforts associated with the giveaway. Winner will be notified during National Infertility Awareness Week (4/21-4/29).
